Protocol Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be part of the Essential coverage tier under Nexus Mutual

2. Minimum one external smart contract audit for the current protocol version

3. No major security issues in the current protocol version

4. Must offer an eligible source of yield

Allocation Methodology

• Allocate stablecoins across the two highest yielding integrated protocols within the Essential Nexus Mutual Tier based over the past 7 day period.

• Within each protocol, if there are multiple pools available, allocate to the highest yielding.

Risk Mitigation Triggers

• Coverage Loss: Rebalance if protocol drops out of Nexus Mutual Essential cover

• Protocol Risk Event: Exit and pause if protocol undergoes risk event

• Provider Changes: Exit and pause if stablecoin provider proposes significant negative change
