Protocol Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be part of the Entry coverage tier under Nexus Mutual

2. Minimum two external smart contract audits for the current protocol version

3. No major security issues in the current protocol version

4. Must offer an eligible source of yield

Allocation Methodology

• Equal allocation of stablecoins across the integrated protocols within the Entry Nexus Mutual Tier based over the past 7 day period.

• Within each protocol, if there are multiple pools available, allocate to the highest yielding.

Risk Mitigation Triggers

• Coverage Loss: Rebalance if protocol drops out of Nexus Mutual Entry cover

• Protocol Risk Event: Exit and pause if protocol experiences risk event

• Provider Changes: Exit and pause if stablecoin provider proposes significant negative changes
